My dad commented on me looking skinnier as of late...which followed with what are you doing? there must be something!
I explained nothing is out of the ordinary..no exercise outside of walking to and from class..my eating is regular (no diet).
He persistently said there MUST be something I'm doing.
And I had nothing to say..then I blurted out......I've been DRINKING MORE ALCOHOL. MAYBE THATS IT!
Then he walked away, and with his thick jamaican accent said "you tink me a JOKE"

My homegirl Kiersten got engaged 2 weeks ago, and I loooove her! She even lets me take photographs of her with no makeup on (that's a real friend.)
Her fiance is a tattoo artist...and not many people know about his soft and sweet side. But I know it, and looove it too!

I just signed up for 7 classes (18 credits, the max) for Spring 2010 semester.

So about 2ish weeks ago I got an email from FAU saying they dropped me from a required class because there was a problem with the discussion class that it goes with.
I went from 5 classes + 1 discussion class....and possibility of graduating in spring 2010
to
4 classes this fall semester, and unsureness of graduation.
FUCKIN COOL.
I told my mom about it, and she was calm and cool with it. She understands the recession is hurting education like crazy and classes at FAU are ridic limited. I tell her all the time that if some big job opportunity/touring opportunity comes about, I will quit college immediately and take it...because I can always go back! :) She usually laughs, but I am sooooooo serious. I am ready to bring the big bucks home.
This is my favorite pic of the summer. It's from my Orlando 21st birthday night.
There are 5 college graduates in that picture. 1 doing her masters with a shit job on the side, 1 working at applebees with a forensic science degree, 1 with a legit job with his degree, and 2 unemployed with their degree.
